Make the most of the Life we have!

Learning of 2025 – Part 4

Good days and bad days—many of us go through this phase. But I believe there are only good days and learning days, days that help us grow.

There are moments when everything works in your favour. You receive work effortlessly, your projects get approved, and people around you value your voice. You feel content, live happily, and carry a positive mindset with uplifting vibes.
However, it is often said that days never remain the same.

When circumstances shift and things stop working in your favour, your work gets rejected, opportunities dry up, or you may even find yourself unemployed. Your emotional state changes. A sense of heaviness takes over. You feel disturbed, irritable, and anger slowly becomes your constant companion. Negative thoughts begin to dominate, leaving you feeling low and discouraged.

How do you deal with such a phase?

To explain this, let me share a short story.

A man approaches God, knocks on his door, and explains that he is constructing a new building, but the progress is slow and obstacles keep arising. He asks, “What should I do? When will my building be completed?”

God replies, “Very soon. Within the next three years, your building will stand tall, and people will admire it. There is no need to worry.”

The man feels reassured. He spends his days simply waiting for the three years to pass. Meanwhile, his labourers ask for future plans and the next steps in construction. The marketing agency requests approval to release promotional leaflets. But he remains confident that God has blessed him, and therefore his building will surely stand out.

Three years pass, but the building remains unfinished. Furious and disappointed, he goes back to God and angrily says, “You said my building would be standing tall in three years. Nothing has changed. You misled me.”

God smiles and calmly responds, “I told you your building would stand tall and be praised. I never told you to stop working and merely wait. Had you worked diligently, stayed committed to your goal, and used your time wisely to build your reputation, I would have supported you and ensured that obstacles did not hinder you. But you chose to wait.”

The man is left speechless and realises his mistake.

As humans, we must understand this simple truth: God will always stand by us. The only condition is that we give our best, work consistently, and utilise our time wisely.

No matter what situation you are in, remember: “This too shall pass.”

Stay strong, everyone. Better late than never. Let us make the most of the life we have been given.

Here’s to the upcoming new year, filled with positive and affirmative vibes.
